How Do I Register and Pay For Online Training Classes?

You can view all of the offered online training classes here.  Selecting the title of the session will take you directly to the Registration Page where the full class description and other information may be viewed.  Once you enter the required registration information requested, click Continue.  On the next screen, enter any discount code you might have received for the class and click Proceed to PayPal to pay for the class. You may pay for the class using your PayPal account or by entering a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.  In either case, PayPal securely processes your payment.  Info Services, Inc. does not store any information related to your credit card or PayPal account.  You may also choose to pay via bank draft by contacting Info Services, Inc.  Upon completing your registration/payment process, you will receive an email confirming your registration along with instructions on how to join your training session.  You will also receive follow-up confirmation emails one week in advance of your training, one day in advance of your training, and one hour in advance of your training.   Return to Online Class Listings.


Can I Substitute Another Person Into a Training Session For Which I Am Scheduled?

We will award continuing education credit in the name of the person who registered for the session. Thus, if you find that you are unable to attend and you would like to substitute someone else on your behalf, you can do so, but that person will not receive credit.  For a different participant to receive credit, you should cancel your registration, and the person who will be attending should register on his/her own behalf.  Remember, you can cancel your registration up to the point that training session begins and you can also register for a training session up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

How Do I Connect To My Online Training Class Session?

After you register for a session, you will receive a session confirmation email.  To connect to your online training session, simply click on the designated link in that email message under "How To Join The Training" section of the email. Return to Online Class Listings.


How Do I Hear the Audio Portion of My Online Training Class Session?

The audio portion of your training will be to listen through your computer's audio system.  If you computer does not have speakers or a headset, you may inexpensively obtain what you need at a discount store or technology retailer.  We do not offer audio via the telephone because the cost of a long-distance call would be prohibitive for our clients. Return to Online Class Listings.


How Early May I Login To My Online Training Session?

You may login to your online training class session up to thirty minutes in advance of the scheduled start time. Return to Online Class Listings.


What Training Platform Does Info Services use to deliver Online Training Sessions?

Info Services uses the GoToTraining solution from Citrix as the training platform for our online training classes.  This solution works with virtually all computers and provides an exceptional learning environment for online training attendees. Return to Online Class Listings.


Can I attend a session by using an iPad or Android-powered Tablet?

iPad users may attend by first downloading the GoToMeeting app from the App Store and then connecting to the session.  Unfortunately, at this time GoToTraining does not support connections from Android-powered devices. Return to Online Class Listings.


Is it Possible To Test My Computer Connection Prior to a Session?

Our Voices are Muted During a Training Session, How Will We Ask Questions?

While attended a session, you will see a "Q&A" pane on your screen.  Simply type your question into the Q&A pane and your instructor will answer it during the session.  Only the instructor will be able to see your question.  In addition to the Q&A pane, you will notice a "Chat" pane on your screen.  You can use this Chat pane to submit administrative or technical questions to the course administrator that are not directed related to the course content.  Return to Online Class Listings. 


Will I Receive a Completion Certificate Upon Completing An Online Training Session?

Upon completion of a session, you will receive an email message containing your course completion certificate.  You should retain that message as it serves as your course completion certificate. Return to Online Class Listings.
